There will be several ways you can buy merch this year:

1. Presale:
   Preorder your ApeFest merch between 9am PDT, Oct 20 and 11:59pm PDT Oct 23 at store.boredapeyachtclub.com. Pickup onsite Friday, Oct 24 at Area15 from 12pm-5pm. Presale is pickup only, no shipping. If you want to wear your merch at ApeFest, presale is your best option. 
2. Shop IRL on Saturday and Sunday between 12pm-7pm.
   Note: in-person purchasing will not be available on Friday. Presale pickup only. 
3. Order online for pickup onsite 
   Orders placed for pickup at ApeFest after the presale will be ready for pickup on Saturday or Sunday, depending on when your order is submitted. 
4. Order online for delivery
   Online ordering for ship-to-home will begin Friday, Oct 24 at 9am PDT. This is the best way to shop if you are unable to attend ApeFest this year. 
   Note: Orders placed for delivery to your home could take up to 6-8 weeks to ship.

Yes! With a couple of exceptions, there will be 24 hand-painted BMW suitcases only available to order online for Presale pickup Saturday & Sunday. MBA items will also be available for pickup onsite only.

Everyone with a ticket—including BAYC and MAYC holders, and +1s—can buy merch at ApeFest Vegas; however the presale window will be limited to Ape holders only.

Yes. If you're ordering online and located outside of the US, you will be responsible for shipping, customs, duties, taxes, and delivery fees. For full terms, refer to the merch store Terms of Service at https://store.boredapeyachtclub.com/pages/terms-of-service.

Online orders placed for delivery (and not pickup) will take up to 6-8 weeks to ship. 

You will have 14 days after the delivery date to report defective merch. Reports received after 14 days of delivery will not be considered. Please review our Terms of Service for more details on our Refunds and Exchanges policy: Terms of Service

You are solely responsible for filing a claim with the carrier if your package is stolen or lost after shipping.

Your purchase and order is subject to our Terms of Service. We will be flagging suspicious purchases, and we reserve the right to decline, cancel, or reject any sales and orders that violate our terms. Apes: Free with a $169 refundable deposit that is refunded after check-in at the event.

+1s: $269 (not a deposit - this is a ticket cost).

All major credit cards will be accepted.

The $169 ticket will be refunded shortly after you attend the event and get scanned in. It will not be refunded if the ticket is not scanned in.

Ape tickets and +1 tickets are both cancelable for a refund before Sept 24 at midnight EST. Refunds will not be granted beyond this point.

No, it’s one ticket and one +1 per holder, not per BAYC or MAYC.

No, your BAYC/MAYC must be in your enrolled wallet to attend.

+1s will need to physically accompany you to enter the event.

If you've recently bought a Bored Ape Yacht Club or Mutant Ape Yacht Club NFT and want to attend Apefest, you're still eligible to request a ticket. However, you will still need to claim your own ApeFest ticket(s). If tickets are no longer available, you are free to join the waitlist.

If someone who previously owned that same NFT has already claimed a ticket, their ticket won’t be valid at the time of entry, unless they have another BAYC or MAYC on the wallet used to claim.

There's two checks in place: first, when you claim your ticket, and second, when you check in at the event to make sure you are still holding a BAYC or MAYC on that wallet.

If tickets sell out, you can add yourself to the waitlist directly from the ticketing landing page.

When an ape cancels their ticket or a +1 ticket, we offer the spot for those first on the waitlist.

No – we will not request your +1s information. Just keep in mind that all attendees need to be 18+ at the time of ApeFest and will need to provide a valid ID.

No. Selling +1 spots is also not permitted. If you see one for sale, keep in mind that +1 tickets only live in the ape holder’s tokenproof app, so a sold +1 ticket is basically a pinky promise. Don’t buy a pinky promise.

Selling +1 spots is not permitted and tickets were not designed to be transferable, so there is no way to buy/sell/transfer a ticket. We’re unable to check for you whether a +1 offer is legit, so we recommend only joining as an ape’s guest if you know and trust them. If someone is offering you a ticket, keep the following in mind:

• There is no way to separate a guest ticket from the ape holder’s wallet ahead of the wristband claim. An ape’s +1 spot is bundled with their own ticket on their tokenproof app on their phone.
• All ApeFest tickets, including +1s, are tied to the holder’s enrolled wallet, tokenproof app, and mobile device; and all three are required to enter ApeFest. 
• An email confirmation is not a ticket.
• Guest names are never submitted or recorded, so we will not be able to verify whether you are someone’s +1.
• There is no official secondary market for tickets. Never connect your wallet to a site you don’t know and trust.

All attendees must comply with all local laws and regulations and they are responsible for doing their own research.

There will be snacks and food throughout the venue. You cannot bring outside food or drinks inside with you to the venue.

This event will be rain or shine. The events will be a combination of inside and outside environments. Please dress accordingly.

No, closed captions will not be displayed.

Please don’t. ApeFest organizers and event staff reserve the right to eject or deny entry to anyone who appears to be impaired, causes a disturbance to others, doesn’t follow ApeFest’s or the venue’s rules, breaks the law, or harasses anyone.

2. Link your wallet

• Connect the wallet that holds your BAYC or MAYC token. You’ll sign a gasless message (no fees, no transactions) so tokenproof can verify it’s your wallet.

3. Get tickets when the window opens

• Go to http://apefest.tokenproof.xyz and click “Get Tickets.”Connect your wallet and follow the steps to join the queue.You’ll have 10 minutes to complete your checkout.

4. Check your tickets

• Issued tickets will show up in the app, and you’ll also get a confirmation email. Make sure you’ve updated the app and enabled push notifications.

Tokenproof uses Stripe as a payment processor, so we will accept any credit or debit card accepted by Stripe. If your payment fails please contact your card issuer.

You’ll get a confirmation screen at the end of checkout, as well as a confirmation email. Your ticket(s) will be in your tokenproof app.

Tokenproof no longer supports NFTs that are collateralized or staked through ParaSpace or BendDAO. If you plan to claim ApeFest tickets, you’ll need to move your assets off these protocols during the ticket claim process and throughout the event.

Your ticket will be in your tokenproof app, but remember, a BAYC/MAYC must be in your enrolled wallet at the time you scan the ticket at the event. You will not need to connect your wallet to enter or at any other point during ApeFest. Moving your BAYC/MAYC out of your enrolled wallet will invalidate it for entry even if it still appears in your tokenproof after moving. The ticket will only disappear from the tokenproof app if the ticket was canceled.

Note: If you do not have an ApeFest ticket within the Tickets tab of your tokenproof app, you do not have a ticket to the event.

To cancel your ApeFest ticket or +1 ticket, fill out this form and release your ticket to a fellow ape.

Cancel before midnight EST September 24, 2025 for a full refund of your ape holder ticket deposit and/or +1 guest ticket purchase.

We’ll be handling cancellations manually this year so we can release canceled tickets in batches to waitlisted apes. We will be processing requests in the order we receive them.

You can release your +1 spot into the waitlist pool by filling out this form. You will be refunded for your +1 purchase as long as you request cancellation before midnight EST September 24, 2025. Refunds will not be granted for +1 tickets that were not used.

Tickets were not designed to be transferable, so there is no safe way to transfer a ticket. Your ticket is only valid when it’s in the tokenproof account that was used to get the ticket. 

Also keep in mind that the email confirmation is not a ticket. We will need to scan the ticket on your tokenproof app when you arrive to pick up your wristband.

Once tickets sell out, you’ll see an option to join the waitlist on the apefest.com homepage.

We release open spots in batches each Monday. You’ll receive an email and push notification from tokenproof on Monday if you got off the waitlist, and you’ll have a 48-hour window to complete your ticket claim/purchase through the apefest.com homepage (don’t fall for scam sites).

1. Add yourself to the waitlist by following this link. 
2. You’ll need to connect the tokenproof app with the wallet that holds your BAYC or MAYC.
3. Keep the wallet that holds your BAYC or MAYC linked in your tokenproof app.
4. If you have multiple wallets with multiple apes, make a note of which wallet you’re using to sign up for the waitlist.
5. Turn on your notifications for tokenproof to make sure you get the push notification.
6. Add @tokenproof.xyz to your email safe list so the email notification doesn’t get marked as junk or spam.
