Shipping Policy

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. 

We ship worldwide and offer USPS and UPS shipping options! All orders are shipped out Monday - Friday.

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before it ships. During sales and holidays allow 2-5 business days for processing before shipment. Government holidays, adverse weather, and billing/fraud/address verifications may affect fulfillment time. 

Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-2 business days after the above processing time, please check your spam folder.

If you wish to make a correction on your order, please contact customer service within 24 hours from the time you submitted your order. Please note, once your package leaves our facility, we are unable to alter your shipping address.

Although we offer competitive dynamic global shipping, there are some countries we are prohibited to ship to. Please take a look at a current Sanctions Program and Country information list for the most accurate information regarding this issue (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria. The following regions of Ukraine: Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk or any other jurisdiction prohibited by our shipping carrier.)

International Shipping

International packages are estimated to take 5-30 business days; however, faster options are available. See checkout for full list of precisely calculated shipping rates. Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues. Once the shipment has left our facilities, we are unable to offer assistance in rerouting your package, or determining its exact location or estimate for delivery. Yuga is not responsible for delays caused by the post office, customs delays/fees, or lost packages.

At the time of delivery customers may be subject to Duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to Yuga and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding shipping and any processing fees
