Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

How long will it take to get my items?

This depends on where you live. You can expect your order to be marked shipped within 72 hours of it being processed. Please reach out to support@boredapeyachtclub.com for any order adjustments you wish to make.

Why can’t I place an order and ship to my residence?

Although we offer competitive dynamic global shipping, there are some countries we are prohibited to ship to. Please take a look at a current Sanctions Program and Country information list for the most accurate information regarding this issue (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria. The following regions of Ukraine: Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk or any other jurisdiction prohibited by our shipping carrier.)

My items are stuck at the border. What should I do?

Please feel free to reach out to our customer support team at support@boredapeyachtclub.com to confirm the delay, and advise on next steps. In many cases we will be able to help with additional paperwork to secure a release. In some cases payment may be needed to release items and order. You are responsible for such payments, and Yuga is not responsible for reimbursing you for import fees, customs fees, additional duties, or international tax.

Will customs fees and VAT taxes be included in the purchase total for non-US orders?

Each buyer will be responsible for all customs and duties fees flagged. All orders will be shipped with all required import paperwork. We cannot control which orders might be stopped at customs, but please check out our store FAQ once the shop opens for support if this does happen.

What should I do if I enter an incorrect shipping address?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible and for this reason we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at support@boredapeyachtclub.com  letting us know you need to update your address. Please include your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address.

Am I eligible for a refund or exchange?

We do not accept refunds or exchanges.

Why are there purchase limits on some items?

To be fair to everyone, we will impose some purchase limits to exclusive items. We may remove those purchase limits from time to time. Please stay tuned to the email address registered with your order for the latest news from the BAYC store.

Where is my order?

Yuga is not responsible for delays caused by the post office, customs delays/fees, or lost packages.

You should be able to follow along with your package directly with an “Order is on the way Email” sent out during shipping. Here is a link to our Shipping Policy.

What if my items don't fit? Are defective? Don’t work for me?
